Common name: Dragon Fruit
Dragon fruit are native to Central and South
America. But now it widely grown in many Asian countries.
Dragon fruit or Pitaya Fruit now grown in Vietman. It is a catus
fruit. White flesh and with loth of small black seeds. The flash
and seed are edible. Bland taste and sweet. Dark red fruit are
sweeter.
These fruits exported to other Asian countries
are sold in local wet market and supermarket.
Usage, remove skin, cut flesh in small cubes
use in dessert, juice and eaten as fruit.
Best kept fruit in the fridge, consume within a week.
