How to devain shrimp easily with a tooth
pick. First clean and shell shrimp. Get some tooth pick made
from Bamboo, reason, it sharp on both ends and is very sharp
and strong.
Holding the shrimp (see top image) poke
the tooth pick just below the vain and lift up the vain with
an upwards motion. See below image, the vain is easily removed.
Pull out the vain, if it break, repeat the above step where
the vain break.
Tips:
Prepare a bowl of water and some folded kitchen towel, its for
cleaning your fingers and tooth pick.
