Different type of coating can be used depend on the recipes.
How to prepare food by coating flour. For the example on the
image, the shrimp are butterfly and marinated. Dip the shrimp
in flour holding it by the tail, turn the shrimp until covered.
This method just lightly dust it.
If bread crumbs are used, bury the food and press the crumbs
with your fingers so that the crumbs will stick to the food
and ready for deep-fry.
