Oil Strainer for Wok
The oil strainer make deep fry very convient
it
is place over the wok, it is made of constructed welded wire
to fit the wok, supported by the wire hooked to the edge of
the wok. See image. Different sizes for different wok size.
A extra long chopstick made just for this frying
purpose. Fried food are place on the strainer where excess oil
will drip back to the wok.
The wire oil strainer is cheap to buy, make sure
you know your Chinese wok size before buying. Some store sell
a deep frying set. It comes with a small deep wok with a removable
strainer that fited over it.
