beans fermented and preserved with salt. A traditional ingredient
used for century. Today the method of processing dried fermented
beans are still the same.
Dried fermented beans comes in jar or small quantity pack. It
rather cheap for a pack.
Dried Fermented BeansBlack make a delicious stir-fry sauce,
and steam dishes. Only a small amount are used, about a table
spoon for a recipes.
Store in the fridge and used until finish.
