Deep Fried Salmon Recipe.
Salmon fishes are well known for Omega -3 which is good for
health. Other optional fishes can be used like cod fish steak,
snapper steak and others.
Others optional salomon can be used like king salmon, pacific
salmon, alaskan salmon, pink salmon, salmon alaska, and sockeye
salmon.
Chinese method usually fried the whole fish with head on is
the fish. Too large a fish are usually chop up in even pieces
for even cooking.
Ingredients :
750 gram salmon steak
2 slices ginger
250 ml cooking oil
1 wedge lemon
1 teaspoon salt
Method :
Scale fish. Rinse. Cut in to thirds (fig.1). Coat salmon with
salt, set a side for -5 minutes.
Heat wok and add 2 tablespoon of cooking oil. Stir fry ginger
slices until fragrant and remove ginger (leaving the oil in
wok) add balance oil. Wait until oil is hot than add fish slices.
Fry until golden brown on both sides. Squeeze fresh lemon juice
over fish and serve hot.
Tips :
Ginger, cooking wine and lemon juice can help to remove fishy
smell.
