How to bulk up and get more energy while beginning a vegetarian diet?
I've been a vegetarian for 4 years. My friend has stopped eating meat for the past week or 2, and he says his body feels so weak. We've been eating basically the same stuff because we've been living together. When I first stopped eating meat, I felt a loss of energy for 2 months, and think my body just had to adjust to not having meat.Overall, what we eat is balanced, with eggs, tofu, veggies, rice. My friend is also trying to bulk up and is wondering how he can do so if he doesn't eat meat.. and what he can do to have more energy.
